Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Memphis Dock Door Repair (“we”, “us”) handles personal information submitted through this website (memphisdockdoorrepair.com) and through phone calls to our service request line.
Who we are
Memphis Dock Door Repair is an independent commercial service request and provider routing line for the Memphis tri-state metropolitan area (Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas). We do not perform repair work ourselves; we route service requests to independent local commercial dock and door providers. See our About and Terms of Use for the full disclosure.
Information we collect
- Service request form data: business / facility name, your name, title, facility type, direct phone, work email, on-site contact, street address, city, state (TN/MS/AR), county, ZIP, equipment type, bay or door numbers, equipment brand and age, urgency, description of the failure, access notes, documentation flags (COI, PO, PM interest, email updates) and free-text notes.
- Phone calls: calls to the service request line may be recorded for quality, dispatch coordination and lead-routing purposes. Inbound calls may be processed through a call tracking provider (such as CallRail) which captures the calling number, call timestamp, call duration, recording (where applicable) and the originating attribution source (referrer, landing page, marketing channel) used to attribute the call.
- Standard web analytics: page views, referrers, device type, approximate location and engagement signals collected through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (which may include session replays of website interactions excluding form input). Analytics data is used solely to understand site usage.
- Server log data: standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp) collected by the website host.
How we use information
- To respond to your service request and route it to an independent provider that fits the equipment, location, urgency and scope.
- To communicate scheduling, arrival windows, estimates and follow-up between you and the assigned provider.
- To maintain dispatch records, call attribution and basic operational logs.
- To improve the website and the intake process.
Lead routing to independent providers
When your service request is matched to a fit, the relevant intake information (business / facility name, contact name and phone, site address, equipment details, failure description, access notes and any flagged documentation needs) is shared with the independent commercial dock and door provider routed to the request. That provider is operating in their own jurisdiction (Tennessee, Mississippi or Arkansas) and is responsible for their own privacy practices once the request is in their hands. Memphis Dock Door Repair is compensated by participating providers for routed service requests; that compensation is also disclosed in the Terms of Use.
Call tracking and call recording
Inbound calls to the service request line may be processed through a call tracking provider (such as CallRail) that displays a tracked phone number and connects the call to our staffed line. Call tracking captures inbound number, timestamp, duration and the marketing attribution that brought the caller to the line. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispatch coordination. By calling the line you consent to call recording in line with applicable Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas one-party-consent rules. If you do not wish to be recorded, please indicate that at the start of the call or use the form instead.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share intake data with anyone other than the independent provider routed to your request and the operational service vendors that help us run the website (form processing, call tracking, analytics, hosting, anti-spam). We do not enable cross-context behavioral advertising on this site.
Service vendors
The website and intake process rely on a small set of third-party operational vendors:
- Form processing: Formspree (intake form data, anti-spam screening).
- Call tracking: CallRail (tracked phone numbers, call attribution, optional call recording).
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
- Hosting and security: the static export is served by a commercial hosting platform with standard server logging.
Each vendor has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes on our behalf.
Cookies & tracking
The site uses cookies for analytics, session replay (Clarity) and call attribution (CallRail). You can disable cookies in your browser; some features such as call attribution and analytics aggregation may not work as expected.
Data retention
Service request records are retained as long as needed to coordinate the request, support follow-up and meet operational record-keeping needs. Analytics data follows the retention defaults of the underlying platforms. Call recordings, where made, are retained for a limited operational window and then deleted in line with the call-tracking vendor’s defaults.
Your choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted, contact us at service@memphisdockdoorrepair.com. Where applicable law gives you specific privacy rights (for example under state privacy statutes), we will honor those rights in line with the law that applies to your request.
Children
The site is intended for commercial facility operators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
