Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms govern your use of memphisdockdoorrepair.com (the “Site”) and the commercial dock and door service request and provider routing process operated by Memphis Dock Door Repair.
Nature of this site
Memphis Dock Door Repair is an independent commercial service request and provider routing line for the Memphis tri-state metropolitan area. Memphis Dock Door Repair is not a single in-house contractor; it does not perform repair work itself. Service requests submitted through the Site or by calling the service line are reviewed and routed to an independent local commercial dock and door provider operating in their own jurisdiction across Tennessee, Mississippi or Arkansas. The Site does not represent any specific contractor, manufacturer or brand. Equipment brand names referenced on the Site are used solely to indicate compatibility.
Site usage
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow commercial facility operators to submit service requests. By using the Site you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. The Site is intended for commercial use; residential garage door requests are out of scope and will not be routed.
Service-area limitations across TN, MS and AR
The Memphis Dock Door Repair service request line covers the Memphis tri-state metropolitan area only — specifically Shelby County, Tennessee; DeSoto County, Mississippi; and Crittenden County, Arkansas, including the suburbs listed elsewhere on the Site. Coverage outside this footprint is not guaranteed and may be declined at intake. Licensing, insurance documentation, fire-life-safety expectations and other regulatory requirements vary across Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas, and across individual municipalities; nothing on the Site shall be construed as a representation that any specific provider is licensed in every jurisdiction within the tri-state footprint. Intake explicitly captures the state and county of the facility so requests can be routed accordingly.
No guarantee of provider availability or dispatch time
Submission of a service request, by phone or through the Site, does not create a binding obligation on Memphis Dock Door Repair or any provider to accept the request, dispatch a technician within any specific timeframe, or perform any work. Provider availability is reviewed on a per-request basis and depends on equipment type, urgency, location, parts availability, traffic, weather, access conditions, and current provider capacity at the time of the request. Estimated arrival windows are best-effort and may change. Memphis Dock Door Repair expressly disclaims any guaranteed response-time, first-trip-fix, or stocked-vehicle warranty. The independent provider routed to your request sets and is responsible for actual arrival commitments and performed work.
No emergency life-safety reliance
If equipment creates an immediate danger, secure the area, follow facility safety procedures (including lockout/tagout), and contact appropriate emergency or safety personnel. Do not rely on this Site or the Memphis Dock Door Repair service request line as an emergency life-safety service. Rolling fire door inspection, NFPA 80 drop testing, annual fire-door certification, and other life-safety compliance requirements may require a provider with specific qualifications and are not guaranteed by submitting a request.
Call tracking and call recording
Calls to numbers published on this Site may be routed through call-tracking or call-handling systems. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, logged, or analyzed for quality control, attribution, request handling, provider coordination, and dispute resolution where permitted by law. By calling, you consent to call recording in line with applicable Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas one-party-consent rules. See the Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
Lead routing and provider compensation
Memphis Dock Door Repair is compensated by participating independent providers for service requests that are routed to and accepted by them. This is a standard lead-routing arrangement common in the trades and is disclosed here, on the About page and in the FAQ. This compensation does not change the diagnosis, scope, parts, labor or pricing the provider quotes on site; the resulting service relationship and any payment for the work itself is strictly between the customer and the dispatched provider.
Estimates and authorization
All repair work is performed only after the customer authorizes a written or verbal estimate provided by the assigned provider on site. Diagnostic charges are disclosed at intake. Pricing, ETA and rate structure are reviewed before dispatch wherever possible. Where the customer has flagged it on intake (or by request), insurance documentation, including a current certificate of insurance, can be requested from the dispatched provider before work begins. Specific COI scope, named insured language, additional-insured endorsements and aggregate limits are between the customer and the dispatched provider.
Contact information accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact information, facility address (including state and county), equipment details and access notes provided at intake are complete and accurate. Memphis Dock Door Repair is not liable for delays, missed dispatches, or repair errors that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
Brand references
Manufacturer names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to indicate equipment compatibility. Memphis Dock Door Repair is an independent service request and provider routing organization and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any listed manufacturer.
Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and uses third-party operational services (for example, Formspree for form processing, CallRail for call tracking, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, manufacturer information pages). Memphis Dock Door Repair does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party site or service. Use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
No professional advice
Site content does not constitute engineering, legal, life-safety or compliance advice. Customers are responsible for confirming building code, fire-life-safety, NFPA, OSHA and any other regulatory requirements that apply to their facility.
Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Memphis Dock Door Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any service request submitted through it. Any work performed by an independent provider routed through the Site is the responsibility of that provider, not Memphis Dock Door Repair.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the service request intake process shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Tennessee is selected as the primary jurisdiction because Shelby County, Tennessee is the metropolitan core of the Memphis tri-state area and the dominant geography served by this service request line.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
