Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms govern your use of memphisdockdoorrepair.com (the “Site”) and the commercial dock and door service request intake process operated by Memphis Dock Door Repair.
Site usage
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow commercial facility operators to submit service requests. By using the Site you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. The Site is intended for commercial use; residential garage door requests are out of scope and will not be routed.
Service-area limitations across TN, MS and AR
The Memphis Dock Door Repair service request line covers the Memphis tri-state metropolitan area only — specifically Shelby County, Tennessee; DeSoto County, Mississippi; and Crittenden County, Arkansas, including the suburbs listed elsewhere on the Site. Coverage outside this footprint is not guaranteed and may be declined at intake. Licensing, insurance documentation, fire-life-safety expectations and other regulatory requirements vary across Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas, and across individual municipalities; nothing on the Site shall be construed as a representation that any specific provider is licensed in every jurisdiction within the tri-state footprint. Intake explicitly captures the state and county of the facility so requests can be routed accordingly.
No guarantee of provider availability or dispatch time
Memphis Dock Door Repair operates as a commercial service request and provider routing line. Submission of a service request, by phone or through the Site, does not create a binding obligation on Memphis Dock Door Repair or any provider to accept the request, dispatch a technician within any specific timeframe, or perform any work. Provider availability is reviewed on a per-request basis and depends on equipment type, urgency, location, parts availability, traffic, weather, access conditions, and current provider capacity at the time of the request. Estimated arrival windows are best-effort and may change. Memphis Dock Door Repair expressly disclaims any guaranteed response-time, first-trip-fix, or stocked-vehicle warranty.
Estimates and authorization
All repair work is performed only after the customer authorizes a written or verbal estimate provided by the assigned provider on site. Diagnostic charges are disclosed at intake. Pricing, ETA and rate structure are confirmed before dispatch wherever possible. Insurance documentation, including a current certificate of insurance, is available on request from the dispatched provider before work begins.
Contact information accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact information, facility address (including state and county), equipment details and access notes provided at intake are complete and accurate. Memphis Dock Door Repair is not liable for delays, missed dispatches, or repair errors that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
Brand references
Manufacturer names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to indicate equipment compatibility. Memphis Dock Door Repair is an independent service request and provider routing organization and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any listed manufacturer.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, Formspree, CallRail, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, manufacturer information pages). Memphis Dock Door Repair does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party site. Use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
No professional advice
Site content does not constitute engineering, legal, life-safety or compliance advice. Customers are responsible for confirming building code, fire-life-safety, NFPA, OSHA and any other regulatory requirements that apply to their facility.
Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Memphis Dock Door Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any service request submitted through it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the service request intake process shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Tennessee is selected as the primary jurisdiction because Shelby County, Tennessee is the metropolitan core of the Memphis tri-state area and the dominant geography served by this service request line.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
